Good To Know
We stay here about every time we go on vacation. It's clean and a reasonable price on off season weeks. We had some trouble with our key not working and they called mantience who fixed the problem within minutes. Great pool and conveniently located.
Stay here every time I come to Pigeon Forge..Couple times a year..The place was completely remodeled like 4 years or so ago...Rooms are clean ,staff are friendly..Rooms are starting to show wear ...Had a kitchenette room ..Dishwasher was broke ...One of the table lamps ,the switch was gone ..The carpet had stain spots..The indoor pool was replaced a couple years ago..Very nice..The old indoor pool had a hot tub...The new indoor pool does not....The carpet in the hallways are completely dirty and worn out...
My husband and I have stayed here for 5yrs now at least twice a year for a one or two night getaway. Our last stay was 3 months, please keep this in mind. The last few times we have stayed there we have had to pay a deposit because we now live in Sevier County. We have never complained about this fee as we have always gotten it back. Now we and any other locals are banned from staying at this hotel. Forget the fact that my husband and I have booked there for years with zero incidents. It's sad that if we literally lived 10 minutes further down the road they would allow us to stay there. Not only are they saying our money is no good but they have not lost all of our families business who come multiple times a year for visits from across the country. Can't believe we are being discriminate against because of the county we live in.

We stayed 2 nights and it was just ok. We noticed that several things had changed since we visited in the past. The girl who checked me in was not so nice. The carpet was dirty. The bathtub was dirty the kitchen counter was sticky. We had a queen room with a kitchenette the sofa bed was right against air conditioner so we had to move the nightstand and the sofa just so we could sleep. The towels were thin. Lots of noise and when the person cleaned our room they did not shut door completely so it was left open and anyone could have come in and stole our stuff thank goodness that did not happen. I had a problem at the pool with teenagers they were just being teenagers but they were scaring other small children and also endangering their safety by leaning over the slide at the very top and also walking up the slide. I went to the desk clerk and another gentlemen was there complaining at the same time and her response to me was you have more of a right to say something to them than I do. She then proceeded to tell me she was sending a maintenance worker to handle the situation well he came stood there about 2 minutes and left never saying a wordto them so finally I went and addressed the situation myself with the teenagers and shortly after they left. It's sad. This use to be the best hotel in Pigeon Forge but now it's not. I hope the management staff will address the need for improvement and get some friendly staff. That is the first person a guest comes in contact with and it sets the feel for the hotel. I'm really sad that it has gone down hill. I even tried to call front desk several times to complain about noise and it smelled like someone on our hall was smoking but never could get anyone to answer. We are going back to Pigeon Forge in October and its sad to say will not be staying there anymore.
